Biosketch
Jennifer Squires PA-C is a family medicine provider and orthopedics/sports medicine specialist. She is a graduate of Hillsdale College, where she received her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Music. She not only was a teacher, but an assistant principal and principal for 12 years. She obtained a Master's degree from 成人头条 University in Educational Leadership and a degree from Michigan State University in Technology. She also worked as a professor for Concordia University teaching in their Education Administration program. She then decided to change careers and get her Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies. After graduating she worked for Borgess Orthopedics and opened the first orthopedic urgent care clinic in Southwest Michigan. She helped run the clinic successfully for four years, until unfortunately it closed for a brief time due to COVID. During that time she transitioned to family medicine at Ascension Borgess Richland Promed. Although, she sees all types of family medicine patients, she specializes in sports medicine and orthopedics at her clinic. She will play an integral role in helping to reopen the Orthopedic Walk In clinic and work there again part time. She works as a peer mentor for Borgess, mentoring new APP's to help them in their transition as new providers. She is one of the lead medical instructors for Timber Ridge Ski Patrol and is the 成人头条 Region Outdoor Emergency Care Advisor working for National Ski Patrol. She works to uphold the education standards of the National Ski Patrol that educate new and current patrollers.
