Dr. Haymaker鈥檚 scholarship explores how reflective practice and intentional facilitation can strengthen learning communities and improve clinical education. His implementation research examines how innovations鈥攕uch as communication coaching, well-being initiatives, and note-writing interventions鈥攃an be effectively integrated into residency training.
