
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis June through September. Please include:
- Three letters of recommendation, including your Department Chair or Residency Program Director, and a faculty member who has a role in EMS
- Personal statement or letter of interest
- Curriculum vitae
- USMLE/COMLEX Scores
- In-training Exam Scores
We conduct interviews for our fellowship on a rolling basis. After your application is received and reviewed, you may be contacted to set up an interview. Fellowship applicants must be US citizens and hold a valid unrestricted driver's license from one of the 50 states in the USA, with a clean driving record for the past five years (excluding simple speeding tickets). Please contact our office with any special circumstance questions.

In 2018, the National Association of EMS Physicians' Council of EMS Fellowship Directors voted to begin聽participating聽in The Match.聽Our EMS Fellowship program participates in the NRMP. The Match opens in August and Match Day is in November. EMS Fellowships are open to any graduate of an ACGME residency program.聽For additional information聽on the Match process,聽
