Biosketch

Fritz Allhoff, JD, PhD, Professor in the Department of Philosophy at 成人头条 University and Adjunct Community听Professor in 成人头条 University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine's Department of Medical Ethics, Humanities, and Law. In 2014, he听graduated,听magna cum laude,听from the University of Michigan Law School and went on to clerk for the Honorable Chief Justice Craig F. Stowers of the Alaska Supreme Court. After the clerkship, he听was a Fellow at Stanford Law School's Center for Law and the Biosciences.听In 2018, he听was a Fulbright Specialist in the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Iceland.

Most of Dr. Allhoff's writing and teaching is in applied ethics, ethical theory, and philosophy of law.听His popular articles have appeared听in Slate听and听The Atlantic.听The National Science Foundation has funded several of his research projects, with almost $1,000,000 in support.
